What’s the best AI coding tool for beginners?

I use all-purpose assistants for learning things - currently using Gemini Pro 2.5. You can ask them for advice but not give away the solutions to problems. I’d like to see that adapted to IDEs. (Or command line assistants? But I assume beginners would prefer an IDE.)
I’m interested to know but don’t. The hype is either for vibe coding for non-programmers, or assisting and augmenting experienced pgorammers.
I have not seen an AI programming tools specialised for beginner programmers who want to learn programming. Sadly those won’t attract the big VC bucks going to the likes of Cursor and Windsurf.

For building zero to something, I think Google AI Studio offers the easiest experience. It will give you a complete web front end. If that’s what you need - you will not learn programming that way!
